The perfect escape. Historic studio cottage, formally know as Bungalow Village. Front row cottage. It's just steps away from the beautiful Newfound Lake. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, or nature hikes.
Relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views from your private screened in front pouch. Community amenities included, such as shared playground, picnic area, fire pit, and private access to the beach. Restaurants are just minutes away. Indoor living : queen bed with storage draws and a futon twin sleeper bed. Kitchenette equipped with mini frig, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and electric skillet . (gas grill outside the cottage ). Cable TV . Bar seats and counter top area for eating.

Beautiful cottage
This cabin was absolutely perfect for my stay. It had everything I needed and the views are amazing. The cottage itself is very comfortable and inviting. The small touches and attention to detail was wonderful!

Great stay from beginning to end. Location is right across from the lake in a clean, cute cottage with all modern amenities - wifi, tv, kitchette including keurig, mini fridge & freezer, other appliances too, easy parking and a screened in front porch that we especially enjoyed for morning coffee & game nights. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

New Found Sands
We enjoyed our stay so much. Dorothy has this cozy cottage decorated so beautifully. I Can definitely say I was extremely happy with my choice to go with this cottage that Dorothy had to offer. We will definitely be staying here again next summer.

This was the cutest cottage to stay in. It was so clean and well decorated. The fact that they left Keurig pods and cream in the refrigerator was a nice touch. Sitting on the screened-in porch to watch the sunset was so relaxing. We'd stay here again!

Charming little cottage
The cottage was nicely decorated and very clean..the hosts thought of everything...coffee pods and cream..microwave popcorn..plenty of towels, beach chairs,float, cooler..great screened in porch to sit and view the lake, which is right across the street. Very easy check-in. Dorothy was very responsive to inquiries and provided a lot of info on restaurant's etc. It is quite the charming little cottage!

Amazing location; directly across the street from beautiful Newfound Lake. Easy access to beach. Use of cooler and floats was a huge help. Very clean. Limited kitchen was a little challenging, but knew that going in. Can’t beat the location.

We Needed This Place!!
We were attending Bronco Off-Roadeo over at Gunstock Mountain on Saturday 6/10 and needed a place to stay, but it was Bike Week. "No Rooms At The Inn". Imagine my joy in finding this little cottage away from the crowds and loud motorcycles! From start to finish, this place was EXACTLY what we needed. We opted for no TV or radio & limited social media. Cold beers on the screened-in porch and watching the sun set in the evening; hot coffee and a blanket on the porch every morning ~ even our neighbors were cordial and quiet. We bought a frozen pizza at WalMart on our way in and improvised with foil and the electric skillet. Ate it on that screened-in porch and it was the best pizza ever. The space heater came in handy when that sun went down. And that comfy bed ~ like a cocoon. Thank you Wayne & Dorothy!

Beware!
This was a mother and daughter trip, as she was going to summer camp for 4 weeks in Hebron. I rented the place a couple of days before our rental date. I went to the grocery store for her and I. I bought games, puzzles, pizza, hot dogs, buns, chicken nuggets, ketchup, fruit, etc. Everything a 12 y/o would like. When we arrived it was in the high 90’s and NO conditioning was available. The listing was advertised as a portable A/C unit available. We left, it was way too hot!! We couldn’t find a rental due to short notice. I looked for hotels and that was difficult due to weddings, Keith Urban concert and a softball tournament. I finally found one on Meredith NH. I discussed with the owner, Dorothy that I couldn’t stay there due to the heat. She said it was high season and she was losing money from me leaving. I told her was there and had every intention on staying but she was wrong on the description. It did not have air conditioning as the description said it did. She did cancel my reservation. However, I was left with all this food I needed to dispose of. The hotel didn’t have a grill or microwave. I asked for money back on the $25.00 grocerys I bought. She refused. If that was my mistake, I would’ve gladly sent $25.00. But, I guess that’s the kind of person the owner Dorothy is. Not nice. I definitely would not do business with her. Ruined my trip.
