"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!"

Fantastic fully equipped kitchen, screened in deck overlooking the lake with a bbq, and a hot tub outside overlooking the lake. Surprisingly we had no mosquitoes which meant sitting outside til dark was doable and pleasant. The pictures are accurate with the exception of the kitchen being way better than expected and the space being very large for a cottage. The host met us 30 mins away and drove in w us as...

"We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, played games, and toured the area. Even spotted a deer in the yard one morning. The road could be a small concern if you have children or pets as the cars speed past and trees block the view of the driveway. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was the perfect B&B for a getaway in Wakefield. The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, utensils, glasses, etc. The bed and futon were very comfortable and even the kids slept well. Obviously there is a bit of noise since this is a B&B in a century old house but ear plugs work very well for light sleepers! The B&B in located right in the heart of Wakefield and is walking distance to the main road with all the restaurants and shops. It is also 2 mins drive to Vorlage ski hill. Dawn (the owner) was absolutely lovely and catered to everything we needed. the breakfast was like a gourmet meal and took into account my husband's allergies. We look forward to returning to this place!"
