"My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return...

"Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. I highly recommend it!"

Unfortunately use of the pool was limited due to the frequent thunderstorms but the host can't be held accountable for that. "The ultimate place to escape and unwind. The property is immaculately presented and the exterior has a rustic charm that is in complete harmony with the landscape. "The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday. We asked for it, but the cleaning was 1 day earlier then respected."

"A spacious, comfortable and beautiful house. The property is large and very private. An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. The owners live directly adjacent and offer a very warm welcome. Perfect for a family gathering."

"En famille pendant les fêtes de fin d'année nous avons grandement apprécié le calme, l'endroit et les multiples pièces de ce gîte particulièrement bien équipé. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté de communication avec le propriétaire et l'espace du grenier ( avec babyfoot, billard et BDs) ainsi que le grand jardin aménagé (pingpong, tennis, baskets, parcours du combattant ) a été bien exploité par nos ados. Une petite suggestion : renforcer un petit peu l'escalier en colimaçon qui mène à l'étage...

A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...
