"The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."

"1 nuit séjour pro, bon accueil, chambre refaite confortable et très bien équipé, l’accès au parking sous terrain payant avec les instructions reçu par mel (point GPS) est parfait pour trouver l’entrée dans l’impasse. Le bémol concerne l’insonorisation vers l’extérieur inexistante, j’étais au 1er étage côté rue juste au dessus de l’arrêt du tram, le bruit de la foule qui parle plus le ding dong des tramway en approche s’arrêtent vers minuit ☹️"
