"We liked the friendly welcome as we arrived, the lady at the reception gave us all the explanations we needed. The next day - after a good night sleep and a nice shower, we left quiet early and the man at the reception kindly indicated us where we could have our breakfast, which was very good with lots of choices. Conclusion, we were very happy with our stay and plan to come back!"

"I took a side trip to Châteauroux between matches of the World Cup Soccer tournament so I could spend two days visiting the Brenne Nature Reserve. Of the six hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip, this one has been easily the best. Terrific hosts, good breakfast and dinner service, and a top-rate room at a very reasonable rate. A good walkable location in the city center as well."

"We arrived very late without having called first.The hotel reception was closed but there was a phone beside it. A kind gentleman answered and informed that room was ready with door left unlocked and key on the bed. The hotel has a quaint feel to it.
