"We called ahead to ask if we could check in early so we could change to go to a wedding. They weren’t able to get the room ready but did let us in before it had been cleaned so that we could change. The family room had 2 bedrooms and suited our needs really well, and would suit most families. The room decor was a little tired but clean and all in good working order. "Lovely hotel which was well located within the town centre. My partner and I didn't get to use the facilities as much as we had hoped, but we still had a great time, and the spa facilities were the highlight for my partner!. The only downside for me was the size of the gym, which I had hoped would have been be bigger, as everything was crammed on top of each other. Luckily, I was able to use the gym at a quiet time, but I can imagine it would be difficult to move around during peak times."

Smart convenient and comfortable hotel

"Great location- half way point from wales to south coast. Lovely reception, friendly easy check in. Nice room very comfortable. Only problem was the noise - a strange bit loud humming all the time - like machinery. Also the sink doesn't drain very fast at all - maybe a blockage somewhere - so water in the basin all the time. But all in all it's a good place to stay- easy parking and near Asda and the cinema too- both of which we took advantage of "

Excellent stay

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again. "
