Great fun and lots to do - at any time of year.
Brighton is not a quiet medieval town like Canterbury, Winchester or Chichester. Very fast paced with impatient drivers and loud college kids, smoking and drinking. I wouldn't say I felt 'unsafe' at night, but common sense and care should be taken.
We love Brighton! There is a lot to do, or we can walk down to the water and just relax. Lots of restaurant choices for a vegetarian and a vegan.
Bit shabby in places but the shopping, top notch. Plus, dining options outstanding.
Essy city to visit, lots of restaurants and full of young people. Good public transportation and beautiful place, would go back for sure.
