Opposite Royal Yacht Club & The Baths Restaurant at Brighton. 13 min walk to Church Street where you can choose from numerous cafes & restaurants & cuisines. The room was extremely clean (very important to me) & Anthony at reception bent over backwards to help us in every way he could. BONUS: Price is very good too."

"We had 3 families needing a place to stay whilst there was a youth regatta at the local sailing club. This house was in a great location where kids (14 - 17 years) could ride their bikes or walk down the beach to the sailing club. The adults could spread out in different areas in the house. The kids enjoyed having their own space with a playstation, couch and bunk beds upstairs. Albert, the owner, was available when we locked ourselves out and gave us some flexibility with check in and check out...

"Pros:Comfortable bed, good showerCons:First impression of the outside of property was untidy and messy, needing garden and lawn maintenance. No storage pantry in kitchen for food, no bench space in bathroom, uneven floors throughout unit, traffic noise, units separated by only a door so could always hear neighbours, couldn't open windows for air flow as no screens on windows, no ceiling fans.Understandably we paid more being for a few days between Christmas and New Year but not worth the money....
