"Timber house is situated close to the lake in a quiet natural setting. The hosts were truly exceptional starting with a delicious breakfast cooked to order. I loved the carrot muffins and french toast. My car broke down in the parking lot and the host was able to connect me with the help I needed. I highly recommend Timber House for a retreat close to quaint friendly towns and nice restaurants. "

"A few spots of dirt can be found here and there in the room I stayed in. After than that overall is ok. Breakfast room is lovely but the eggs were too well-done or lack of seasoning. "

"Stayed here as Trenton hotels are awe full. Didn’t care for extra drive for business in Trenton, however, sparkling clean and comfortable room and bed, friendly staff and a good breakfast included was well worth it! I’ll always stay here for future trips to the area. "
