Located on 6 acres, enjoy the privacy of your own sandy beach on beautiful Spectacle Pond across from Brighton State Park. Hike the Boreal Forest, play in the water, or enjoy nearby activities of the Northeast Kingdom. You will be around the corner from a beaver dam and yet 5 minutes from the conveniences of Island Pond, including restaurants, a grocery store, and town events. Non- smoking. EV charger is a NEMA 14-50 plug only
