"Arrival was sketchy as the parking garage was dark and not secured. The lock box for the fob wouldn't open..I was lucky enough that the gate gate the apartments was not latched. I assumed there would be contact information in the unit, there wasn't. After multiple attempts finally able to access the owners/management and get the correct code for the lock box. "My husband and his coworker had to go down for two weeks for work. Location was good. Communication with the owners was easy. My husband’s only complaint was since it’s an apartment at the owners home, it was not quiet during the day when they were trying to sleep. (They worked overnight) and they also felt bad having to enter through the garage in the early morning when they returned as they did not want to wake the owners. "

"The location was very close to downtown. There is a bit of traffic noise in the evening on Friday and Saturday nights as you would expect with downtown. The property is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Both beds are big and comfy. It was a great place to stay and I’m sure I’ll be back."

"The apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious and a great location at the southern part of Springfield. We tried to reach out to the property manager that was given to us multiple times with no response (we were trying to check in 30 min early), so that was weird. But thankfully, nothing came up During the trip so we didn’t need anything else. It all worked out And we would definitely stay here again."

"The property is pretty dirty. Floors were black and sticky. Cobwebs in cracks. The walls were all marked up and torn up. There was only one drinking cup and three coffee mugs. It may be okay for some single college guys that are in town to party, as it is walking distance to downtown. "

"I stayed in Springfield for the GOP convention and although this was a place to stay close to the convention center, I would choose elsewhere next time. "We stayed here for parents weekend for my son and it was perfect! We were a short drive from campus and able to house him with us so he didn’t have to stay at the dorm. The beds were very comfortable and the house in general was very comfortable! The tv wouldn’t connect while we were there and Nathan was extremely responsive in trying to fix it. We will definitely stay here again on another visit! "
