"Great all round. I usually stay in three different hotels per week and this place is on my “will revisit” list. Comfortable & clean with friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but the powerful hot shower and the super fast WiFi make up for that. Only tried one meal in the restaurant but the food was great too. "

"It was absolutely fantastic! My room and entire hotel was spotless. A really comfy bed, stunning breakfast and what I loved the most and I'll never forget; was just how amazzZzing the staff were. I honestly cannot thank each and every single one of them enough, so much so that I was sad to leave, because they touched me with how incredibly brilliant they were! Off the scale brilliance that touched my heart and left the best lasting impression! I miss them all already! Nina is lovely and so...

"Everything was wonderful - the food, treatment, facilities and polite, helpful staff! This was my 3rd visit to the hotel and my friends absolutely loved the whole experience and want to return. Loved the ambience and enjoyed such a relaxing break. Thank you to my therapist for a great back, neck and shoulder massage!"

"Liked hotel, lovely old fashioned atmosphere and spacious rooms. Had to change room due to unacceptable lumpy mattress. New room mattress was better but still needed to be upgraded or replaced. This one issue spoiled what was otherwise an excellent hotel. "

"Loved our little one night trip last night. Perfect stopping off point to visit Ludlow as it was only 30 minutes away today. The staff were all so lovely, chatty and accommodating and the food was exceptional. The room had everything we needed and we loved being able to sit and drink by the log burner before our delicious food and local real ale. We will be back so that we can enjoy the countryside in better weather. The choice of food was amazing and the quality and quantity impressive....

"Poor facilities for disabled people, stairs and no lift, albeit a 15th centuary listed building. Helpful staff that assisted my mobility needs. Insufficient walk-in shower facilities, who uses a bath these days? Otherwise would happily recommend."

"Very quirky and charming building stairs to access bedrooms would not be suitable for everyone. Staff on the whole were very pleasant and attentive. The entrance to the car park is quite narrow but it was great to have the option. The hotel is right on one of the main shopping streets with lots of lovely coffee shops and gift/antique shops. The breakfast was lovely with high quality ingredients. "

"Wonderful property, very well equipped, had a lovely stay with the family . Good communication with the host . Beautiful area . Only downside poor wi-fi connection and tv did not work,but didn't spoil our weekend. The Pandy inn is highly recommended. "
