"Fabulous property with excellent hosts, great location just across from the beach and a few minutes walk into the main street of beautiful Sawtell. We really appreciated the “little touches” such as full size Sukin amenities in the bathroom and kitchen, beach chairs (unfortunately not needed), umbrella (which was) games and books to read. We really enjoyed our stay despite the inclement weather and will return. Highly recommended. "

"Property was clean, ambience was great, bright and airy. Since the house was G 2, climbing stairs between levels was bit tiring as we had an elderly family member with us. "

"Four generations shared this beautifully appointed five bedroom house. Although it's not located beside the beaches it is about a 750m easy walk. The house is fully equipped & beautifully maintained. We would gladly have another family holiday at his lovely property."

"The most perfect place to stay. As an art teacher I personally loved the little touches of art, sculpture and collection of books. Our family had the most wonderful time and will certainly be back. "

"If I had to give a rating out of 10 I would have to say 12! Beautiful location quiet and relaxing. Spotlessly clean with everything you might need for your holiday. The hosts are also very approachable. I would be happy to recommend this property. We will certainly be back!"

"The house was beautifully located and pristinely clean. We would return in a heartbeat. "

"Nice home, Our stay was lovely, but there were a few things that were unhelpful. The floor was very wet when we arrived, as was the couch. Fresh from being cleaned, however we arrived at 5pm. Our check in was from 2pm. Either the clean was carried late, or far too much water was used to mop. We used several towels to soak the excess water. The couch looked to have been steam cleaned. The couch remained wet/damp our entire stay unfortunately. As did the garage floor. Wet and slippery for days....

"Super Hosts, we were there for 3 nights and took in the best of the area, rapid canoe with our family of 7 was excellent, the rivers were pristine in the area, the F&B in the area was first rate and the accommodation suited the stay perfectly."
