"Downtown Seattle, like many large cities, is pretty dirty and has a large homeless population. However, the hotel itself and the access to other dining options were amazing. The drain in our shower was jot draining properly. We used the shower only twice and the first worked well, but the second time it would not drain fully."

"Older facility in great shape, excellent plumbing and appointments, quiet, super helpful staff. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars, as well as the Seattle Center. Highly recommended, a gem hidden in plain sight! "

"Let’s be honest here …. Does this hotel need a little reno and touch of paint here and there .. yes …but… The staff are lovely, helpful and kind. The rooms (while older) are impeccably clean. You felt safe enough if what’s around you can make you uncomfortable (vulnerable unhoused folks) but .. I would stay here again. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it was just as lovely as one. "

"The staff here is top-notch and very accommodating…especially Randall. He went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and make sure all our questions were addressed. The setting is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. Raid the pantry was a nice touch. Would live to go back."
