"This house lives up to its name . You could ask for better views for breakfast see a sunrise over the delaware bay or watch the birds in the nature reserve . min"

"Wonderful and practical, this space was perfect for us. Nice open layout and great view of the wildlife refuge from 2 bedrooms; you can also see DE Bay from the front of the house. Beautiful sunsets, easy walk to the beach and very quiet this time of year (Dec). "

"My husband and I spent a long weekend at the home. We had a great stay. The views from the deck, living room and bedroom can’t be beat. Beds were comfy and snacks were a nice touch. We would definitely return!"

"Great stay, super warm weather and location of the home was close to everything. No fault of anyone, but across the street there was insulation work being done everyday, very very loud so we couldn’t sit outside at all. My sisters and I had a really nice time. The king bed is super comfy! Steps are steep so be aware. We had a problem with the one lock, but got help from a nice man at the bar up the street. All in all great house, and good times!"

"This home was the most well-equipped and clean rental our group has ever experienced. The porch/deck/large property gates allowed our dogs to be with us whenever we were outside enjoying the day. The location was central to many activities. Since we were so near the trails, we walked 3 miles each morning with our furry family. The Bay beaches were so close we were able to walk with the dogs before 8:00 am, also. We explored the local activities like The Farmer's Market/Historical Society's...

"The pictures don't fully show how big the house is. The community is quite and safe - nice for a family to stroll at night. The community pool, while extra, is certainly worth a day pass or two when on vacation. Communication, check-in/out were easy. The house has upscale appliances and everything (pots, pans, plates, etc.) you need to make dinners at home for a family. A huge natural gas grill was also nice to use. Travel to grocery stores/restaurants/beaches was easy. "

"This house was perfect for 10 adults and 2 dogs. We needed a place to stay for Thanksgiving near our parents. We couldn't have picked a better place. We were so close to the beach which was a godsend for our dogs. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you could possibly need. (Even for hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 12). It was decorated beautifully and was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again."

"Older rental with general signs of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Close to all local attractions, especially easy during off season. Recommend a good carpet clean and blinds in kitchen for privacy, but otherwise a good deal for location and space. "

"Our family enjoyed the home which was just the right size for us. We used all 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It was nice to have 2 pools in addition to the short drive to the beach since we had small children with naps to work around. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and grocery store and Walmart close as well. Traffic was a little heavy heading into town but not enough to stop us from going to the beaches. "

"The house was beautiful and the owners could not have been nicer. We were a little disappointed in the bedroom configuation. Two of the bedrooms did not have windows so technically they aren't bedrooms. However, we enjoyed our stay and the children (even the children over 20) really liked the amenities and kept them busy all day. All in all we would definitely rent this house again."

"My sister and I had a great visit at the yellow cottage. Great location, quiet, right on the water. The kitchen was extremely well stocked as well as information about the area... asasainformation about the area"

"Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. "
