"This home was the most well-equipped and clean rental our group has ever experienced. The porch/deck/large property gates allowed our dogs to be with us whenever we were outside enjoying the day. The location was central to many activities. Since we were so near the trails, we walked 3 miles each morning with our furry family. The Bay beaches were so close we were able to walk with the dogs before 8:00 am, also. We explored the local activities like The Farmer's Market/Historical Society's...

"The pictures don't fully show how big the house is. The community is quite and safe - nice for a family to stroll at night. The community pool, while extra, is certainly worth a day pass or two when on vacation. Communication, check-in/out were easy. The house has upscale appliances and everything (pots, pans, plates, etc.) you need to make dinners at home for a family. A huge natural gas grill was also nice to use. Travel to grocery stores/restaurants/beaches was easy. "

"I have been renting places at Dewey & Lewes for over 25 years and this is the first rental where is felt like an actual home. It was warm and cozy with plenty of room for everyone. There were 6 adults and 1 infant and never seemed cramped. It’s also the first time none of us have woken up feeling stuffy. House was very clean and stocked with everything you could possible need. Would love to stay here again. "

"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"Older rental with general signs of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Close to all local attractions, especially easy during off season. Recommend a good carpet clean and blinds in kitchen for privacy, but otherwise a good deal for location and space. "

"Our family enjoyed the home which was just the right size for us. We used all 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It was nice to have 2 pools in addition to the short drive to the beach since we had small children with naps to work around. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and grocery store and Walmart close as well. Traffic was a little heavy heading into town but not enough to stop us from going to the beaches. "
