"We stayed one night before a cruise embarking from this port the next day. The reception was very friendly and welcoming. We had messaged ahead thru Expedia to advise that flight delays would cause us not to arrive until almost midnight. At check-in it was a very nice surprise to learn that they had kindly prepared us each a plate of sandwiches, fruit, and muffin “to tide you over until breakfast.” Our room was immaculately clean even if the furniture and fixtures showed some age and wear. The location is right on the beach, with water views. At check-out, the government that we has to pay directly to the hotel was twice the amount Expedia had stated on our receipt. We would stay here again. "
