"The best thing about the location is the view. Great view of the river and it’s cool to watch the train cross the river almost right next to the house. There’s a cute little park next to the house. It was mostly clean besides some small areas. The bed and pillows were comfy. We had trouble sleeping in in the mornings because the neighbors down the street have roosters that crow early in the morning around 4-5am every single morning for the 4 mornings we were there.
