"Quite, needed to know about bringing your own linen, had to make a run and get sheets,towels wash cloths, snd dish rags and dish towels, stove was really dirty, items in kitchen were greasy and sticky, other than that I think it was all good. Oh and the oven is really nasty. Thank you."

"Incredible location, we walked to the beach every day and to walmart and shops. We had to drive to go to waterpark and boardwalk, but parking was only twone dollars an hour. Nice, quiet and clean neighborhood too. Cons: beds were loud and old. Need replacement. Kitchen had very little pots and pans or utensils. One pan we found was dirty with food all over it in the cabinet. Couch and recliner equally old and worn out. I know if we had left the property in that condition we would've been charged...

"It is a very reasonable place to stay in Surfside Beach. REALLY close to the ocean. This is the PLACE. Plenty of space for a family of five in close reach of all the things that a beach resort has to offer. Don't worry about not having a pool, you are a few feet from the ocean. Most of the more modern places around me didn't have pools either. I must have found the right spot."

"This property is in a great location. Cutely remodeled. Comfortable beds. Very pet friendly. However, whoever was staying in the upstairs unit had 3 dogs who barked excessively and had what sounded like a bowling ball they played with at all hours. Impossible to get any sleep. Never heard the owners try and correct their behavior....and owners left very early (4:30 am Saturday and 6:00 am Sunday) Could hear the dogs running around jumping on and off the bed and barking constantly. Not the owners...

"Overall our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. We had a short walk to the beach (exactly 5 minutes from the door to the sand) and an even shorter walk (3 minutes) to the pickleball courts. The house was not the cleanest when we arrived .. the drawers to place our clothes had a lot of dirt/crumbs/socks/sewing needles/bobbi pins in them. The surfaces didn’t feel like they had been wiped. The walls have some dings and dirty spots. The floor felt sticky and smeared like. All...

"Very nice little condo! Parking a little confusing upon arrival. Park in the temporary parking, unload the car and go to your room first. Key card gets you in the parking garage which is two streets behind you. Security guard is very helpful if you have questions. Pizza place was closed. Bummer. All in all a great place for a weekend getaway."
