"Very clean and comfortable. Close to Giant Steps Lodge, but the shuttle will stop here. Lots of room and privacy for older couples. Easy parking. Loved it here. We couldn't figure out the TV controls, so Dawn came over to help us out. She needed help and sent over Brandon, our new hero. We hope to return here next year."

"8 of us (age 19-51) stayed to ski/snowboard at Brian Head. This unit is a short walk to Navajo ski lifts. The unit is large and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen implements. Upstairs is a large tv and sitting area. I would suggest more comfortable seating in this area. The unit would also benefit from a tankless water heater. I would certainly recommend staying here if you want to ski in Brian Head. Dawn was a pleasure to work with as she communicated very well. "

"We were in town for the state championship mountain bike race in Cedar city. This home was great for all our families to stay together. There were some things listed that were not available for our stay(Hot Tub, indoor grill) But the property manager arranged for an outdoor grill quickly for our use. The home was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay."

"Property manager from the time of confirmation of booking was prompt. The place is located directly across giant steps which is a definite plus especially after a full day of snowboarding. What I absolutely loved is the indoor garage for 2 vehicles and I appreciated this especially because it is very cold outside and loading and unloading in the snow is terrible.The queen/full size bunk beds were a surprise! "House had all of the amenities described. A couple of hiccups with running the jacuzzi and the heaters but the host was very prompt in fixing the issues. Would highly recommend. "

"We were fortunate to get snow during our stay which was beautiful. The shuttle is close if you’re unable to drive in the snow (we had a truck but no chains or 4wd). They do come by to plow the roads which is helpful, but our rear wheel drive did not suffice. The house appeared to be on the new side which is one reason we chose it and it turned out to be great.
