"We arrived and got greeted with a free drink of our choice. I used the spa - massage and pool. Fantastic. The suites (we had two) as we were 4 travellers, spacious and beautiful. Parking is available and staff will take care as parking overall in the city is difficult. If you go right from the hotel, there is an elevator to the city. My 87 year mother was grateful for that."

"Rooms spacious and lovely blend of old and new. Pool was closed (one of the main criteria for selecting the hotel) and irritating €15 pd charge for parking - also not clear in booking. Breakfast just about ok. Karlovy Vary a very beautiful place. "
