"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. When we got into the apartment, it was cold and took a few hours to warm up with all the radiators on. The apartment does not have a microwave oven or toaster which was a shame and limited what we could actually have to eat and cook. We seem to only get a certain amount of hot water each day so had to limit how long everyone spent in the shower to a couple of minutes each maximum. There is a small supermarket within a five minute drive. There are plenty of local restaurants around but dependent on the time of the year if they are open or not during the week or weekend. The drive to the Jason’s ski resort is approximately 12 to 13 minutes. . The stunning liberty caves are within a five minute drive from the apartment. After the initial grief of having to go back to the hotel to get our keys to check in to go back to the apartment, it was as we wanted. The biggest issue was when I went on Hotels.com to ring the phone numbers one went to a gentleman who asked why are you calling me before telling me I had to go to the hotel."

"The WiFi is not good as a 4-star hotel with high price. The signal is quite weak in the room. "

"We were unable to sleep until after 2am due to extremely loud music in the building. Some type of event and we were put near it."

"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some minor things which were not expected in hotel in the 4*category and could be improved. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the stay."

"A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay. "

"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. "
