"The grounds where the cottage sits are wonderful - full of trees, flowers and Wild Turkeys!! We enjoyed having our coffee outside on the porch. The location is central to Notre Dame as well as restaurants/shopping. Cute little touches inside that gave it a "homey" feel! Plenty of linens; the washer and dryer are a really nice amenity. Our only issue and the reason we didn't give it an overall rating of Excellent revolved around the sleeping accommodations; not the bed itself, but the...

"We loved the opportunity for a glamping experience while in town for a ND game. The bedding was warm enough that we were warm all night despite the chilly temps. The hot shower was a nice addition!"

"We spent a wonderful two days at this beautiful cottage on the lake. We could not have asked for a better location or host, who provided a very clean property with a beautiful view and all of the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. There were two bedrooms with queen beds (perfect for 4), but one bedroom had the bed pushed against the wall making it awkward for a partner to exit the bed, and it was necessary to coordinate the use of the bathroom. Overall though, it was wonderful!"

"I think this would be the perfect cottage for a family with kids. All that upstairs room with a separate bedroom downstairs for mom and dad. Close to the lake and park. Very little traffic."
