"The location is very close to HBF, so close to a lot of things and a twenty min walk to the Dom. But like most HBF, a lot of undesirables hang out there in the evening. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Fabulously cute Austrian decor. And a FABULOUS restaurant downstairs. It’s a must. Ensure you request a room with a separate shower room. Mine wasn’t separate and the mist from the shower etc went straight into the bedroom, which was tricky as due to winter I couldn’t open the window to...

"Great location and clean comfortable rooms, shower floor gets very slippy, so could do with a grab rail, but ok when you get used to it. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location. "

"Excellent location, very close to the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the room key system was not working, staff walked with us to let us in the room, very friendly, nothing was too much. Breakfast is really good! Room was spacious, bed a little soft to my liking, but comfortable nevertheless. Several bars in the area, even a club. Restaurants close by. We went in to the Spa too. Small, but nice and very clean. All in all, I would stay here again. "
