"Visited for an expo at Messe. Hotel is in ok area downtown. Asked for King bed got two singles. Hotel staff pleasant but in peak period not enough staff causing lines. Rooms nice enough but maybe time for spruce up."

"Stay was comfortable, but I have few things I wish to highlight. While booking I had requested for a room on lower floor, when I reached at the reception I was told that I should have requested earlier. I had mentioned this when I booked!. I was given an option to stay in some other hotel owned by them at an extra Euro 20! I declined the offer and was allotted a room on the top floor . The reception is also on the back side. I think this needs to informed to the guest. If someone were to reach...

"The hotel location is top notch and right next to central train station. So, expect noises. In fact, my only complain is the air conditioner doesn’t go below 68 degree F (I sleep better with cooler room temperature). The area is clean and well lit, and I felt safe walking around even at night. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. "
