"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location is excellent, right by the metro station. Penny market and Pam store is also very close. The apartment is good, but has a few issues to mention. When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"Was a bit of a challenge getting into the property. Where the address takes you on Google maps isn't actually the entrance. There is a series of steps to unlock the doors - the exterior and then the apartment door, that have a few tricks to sort out. Once we got in the place was well kept and felt safe. The area outside seemed a little sketchy but we never had any issues. There was a taxi stand out front that helped us get taxis fairly easily. "
