"We enjoyed our IQ Hotel Milano stay . It was only a 3-5 minutes walk from the train station . Our room was comfortable. The front desk and dining room staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good . One morning we had an early tour. The front desk offered without us even asking if we would like a to go breakfast to take with us. The location near the train station was convenient for us to meet our tour. The metro was right there and easy to navigate to the Milan city sights . We found the area around the station to be nice and were happy as several reviews read stated it was not the best area. We went out at night, walked to restaurants. Many people walking around. Perhaps late, late night is a different story . 10:00 was the latest we were out . "

"There is a slightly old school style in the hotel and amazing service. Sometimes one forgets how these solid values of comfort, friendliness and professionalism are more important than a 'new' trendiness when hoping to have a memorable hotel experience "
