"Andreas (I believe he is part of ownership) at reception was unbelievable. He was friendly, warm, accommodating and took time to make suggestions for sites to visit. Gave instructions on beating Munich traffic and was just All around an informative and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel based on our experience with him and the other members of the staff."

"Had a great stay at the Best Western. Check in and parking was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and felt nice and cozy. 3-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Fussen is a safe, quiet and picturesque town close to the castles and the Best Western is the place to stay when you are here. Would definitely stay here again."
