Escape to this immaculate 7600sf home in the prestigious Timber Creek Estates just a short five-minute drive to the lifts. Sleeping up to 20 in 8 bedrooms and 2 lofts.


THIS LUXURY PRIVATE HOME of three levels is full of wonderful amenities. It consists of 2 lock off sides of the same home. You will be the only guests on the property.


GREAT FLOORPLAN FOR GROUPS - The home perfectly blends private suites with the open common areas for the entire group to happily congregate. On the main level the kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms are all on an open floor plan. The gorgeous living room boasts a 20ft vaulted ceiling and beautiful rock fireplace. Immediately adjacent is the spacious dining area with easy seating for everybody. There are 4 heated garage spaces and parking for 4 additional cars in the driveway.


GOURMET KITCHENS: The two large kitchens are straight out of a magazine! Open to both the dining area and great room, the kitchens comes complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you’ll ever need to make that fabulous dinner!


BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR BALCONIES: Two large balconies off the back of the home come with comfy patio furniture. From here you can enjoy spectacular views of Quandary Mountain (a magnificent 14,000 foot mountain!).


TWO OUTDOOR SEVEN-PERSON HOT TUBS: Perfect for enjoying a night in the crisp mountain air. Located just outside the lower level entertainment area, the hot tubs are state of the art, and sure to relax those muscles after a long day of activity. Complete with mood lighting and all!

SIX WORLD CLASS SKI RESORTS within a one hour drive. Obviously Breckenridge is the closest area, but A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Vail are all within easy driving distance of our home. We suggest you plan your ski days based on the snow accumulations and road conditions. Simply the BEST skiing in the world is right down the street!


WINTER ACTIVITIES FOR NON-SKIIERS
If skiing or snowboarding on 2,208 acres spread across four mountains isn’t enough, here are some other activities to keep your winter vacation in Breckenridge interesting and exciting.


Gold Runner Alpine Coaster: This coaster offers a new, thrilling way to get down the mountain. Riders sit in two-seater cars and control their speed around twists and dips on coaster track perched about four feet above the ground. The track meanders through the forest and alongside the ski runs on Peak 8. It’s such a blast, you’ll want to do it again. Store your skis at the entrance and ride in ski boots.


Dogsledding: This unique adventure gives you the opportunity to ride in the sled pulled by frisky Siberian huskies and then be the musher who runs the dogs. Guides
teach you how. The tour goes for an hour on a plowed track through the woods just outside of town.


Snowmobiling: Explore the backcountry on a new 550cc Polaris snowmobile that you drive in one, two, or three-hour tours with Good Times Adventures. These fancy machines are equipped with hand warmers and back rests; snowmobile suits and boots are available for free.


And more: There are also sleigh rides; ice skating and hockey; Nordic skiing and snowshoeing; free sledding at Carter Park; historic tours; music; theatre.

Wonderful Retreat
Our extended family (17 of us: infant, toddlers, teens, parents, grandparents) spent two nights at this great property. Our biggest objection: we could not stay longer. The property measured up to and exceeded our expectations. A lovely, accessible location in a quiet location. All rooms were large and comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and numerous: cot and high chairs for infants; games for all ages; nice fireplaces with comfortable seating and cozy (and numerous) blankets; large beach towels for dips in the hot tub. And enough dinnerware and cutlery for our large (and constantly eating) group. The unanimous vote of everyone: to return again for a longer stay.

The property and views are so amazing! We loved the coziness of the house, but also the quiet spaces when we needed that! We even saw a fox and a family of moose.

Stayed in Blue River for our wedding. Megan's home housed our friends and family easily, and she was very easy to communicate with. It had everything you could need, clean, and the views from the hot tub were beautiful!

We had an early Thanksgiving/family reunion here. The shared duplexes were perfect for a family our size. Lots of beds, two kitchens (!) and lots of places for folks to break away. Awesome!

Great house for a large group
Overall we had a great stay! This house has two separate units with plenty of beds and sleeping spaces. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to town depending on which side of downtown you're going. The units are not attached from the inside so unfortunately they do feel a bit separated from each other. We did have an issue with the door code when we arrived but the host was quick to respond and was able to get it reset for us within a few minutes. While we were there, the slide screen doors at the back door would easily come off

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and it had plenty of room for everyone,. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, we needed a high chair and the ne at the house was broken but she replaced it fir us right away.

Wonderful property! Condo was large and very clean, and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Family enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location was beautiful and we saw wildlife in the woods surrounding condo. We saw a fox and we saw a mama Moose and her calf. The family enjoyed the spacious hot tubs. Location was close to all activities but in a quiet development.

Had a great time during our stay in Breckenridge! We had a large group which the house was very accommodating for that. The only downfalls was the dryers on both side would not dry very well even on high heat and the hot tub on the north side did not work properly. Other than that the house was great and was fully equipped!

Amazing property and host!
I just want to start this review off by saying what an amazing host Megan is. Any issue I had was immediately addressed and she was extremely responsive by text and phone. The property itself is kept in great condition, as soon as you walk in you can tell that the space is taken care of and not neglected in any way. The furniture isn’t old or worn down and the facilities such as the hot tub are also equally well taken care of. The only issue I had was during check in when the code to the door didn’t work, but it was resolved in all of 30 second when I reached out to Megan. I have nothing but great things to say about this property and host. Would highly recommend and look into staying here the next time I plan a trip with a large group!

Excellent Property!
This property exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful, clean, had everything we needed, and good sized rooms and lots of space for our group of 15. We appreciated the extra touches such as "power blocks" on each night stand that have several USB and power cord plugs, sound machine in each room, cozy blankets, etc. We rented both sides and it worked well, even though the two sides are separate - easy to pop between the two. We appreciated that it's located close to Breckenridge, but still felt away from the hub-bub. Several hiking options nearby, lots of choices for our family that included young children, teens, older family members and one very pregnant person. Megan was super responsive to my inquiries, we loved working with her! Highly recommend, we can't wait to get back out to Colorado and stay here again.

Blissful….
Our extended family rented both sides of this property for a family vacation. It was perfect for our needs. Each side has an upstairs, main level, and lower level with guest rooms each having their own bathroom. Televisions in the main living areas and guest rooms. The kitchens were well appointed and everything worked. The units were clean and property management was very responsive to our questions. We spent a day bicycling Vail Pass (just do this!!), exploring Breckenridge, and took the Georgetown Loop Railroad for a ride. The property is gorgeous, well kept and secluded enough to be relaxing but a 10 minute drive to anything you might want to do or explore. We will be back! Thank you for helping us to make some fantastic memories.
