"The house in an all is really nice. There is a few issues. The owner may want to address as far as vent falling down in kitchen ceiling, toilet seat not fitting on guest bathroom and a weird smell to the water. Other than that, it was great and very clean upon our arrival."

"Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the house! The only complaint i would have is that the grill did not work and neither did the shower downstairs to rinse off from the beach. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"The property has perfect access to the beach! We had a great visit for my son's 13th birthday celebration with his friends. They stayed in the bunkroom upstairs which was perfect! The grounds ("yard") were a bit rough, but hurricane Beryl had a lot to do with that I'm sure. We didn't use the yard and were there for the beach so it was fine. The house is well kept and clean, but the front door could use some work. The extra fridge is a bonus! The place was just what we needed!"

"The house and location was great. It did have a yard area I didn’t see a garden. I don’t remember a washer and dryer but there is a washteria/ laundry mat as you are enter Surfside which I have used before. We hope this house is still there after Beryl hurricane. We loved it and will be back. "
