"We had a blast, just went for the weekend. Place was very clean, plenty of kitchen and bath accessories included. Lots of towels, pillows for the couch, big bonus is being able to use the Weber BBQ.My son and I had a blast, lots of fishing and catching, don't forget to bring crab traps, caught a couple with the rod and reel as a bycatch.Definitely recommend, very clean unit."

"House was clean and well equiped. There is a lot of repair going on in the area from the hurricane, it rained a lot while we were there so we explored the area. Not too far from some fun things. Houston and Galveston Island. The house did have a smoker smell, To moat it probably wasnt that bad but we definitely noticed it. . All in all it was a nice trip. Wish the weather was better. 😞"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coconut cottage! It’s an adorable space that’s so well appointed, nice sharp knives, good pans for cooking, a comfy bed, and a great location. Oscar was a wonderful host, he had lots of helpful suggestions for the area, and when we inquired whether there was a drip coffee maker at the cottage, he offered to buy one so we would have it. We can’t say enough about how wonderful the space is and what great hosts come with!"

"The pictures really don't show how spacious the house is and how close the house is to the water. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise and fishing right in front of the house. Our dogs liked laying on the porch people watching. We have already booked our next stay and can't wait to be back there. "The house in an all is really nice. There is a few issues. The owner may want to address as far as vent falling down in kitchen ceiling, toilet seat not fitting on guest bathroom and a weird smell to the water. Other than that, it was great and very clean upon our arrival."

"The property has perfect access to the beach! We had a great visit for my son's 13th birthday celebration with his friends. They stayed in the bunkroom upstairs which was perfect! The grounds ("yard") were a bit rough, but hurricane Beryl had a lot to do with that I'm sure. We didn't use the yard and were there for the beach so it was fine. The house is well kept and clean, but the front door could use some work. The extra fridge is a bonus! The place was just what we needed!"

"Came down for a few days before Thanksgiving, had a great time! House was everything we needed and caught a bunch of different species from a ton of big blue crabs to sand trout, an eel and a small ray among others. Trophy bull red last morning I was there and was the perfect finish to our trip!"
