"From the time we arrived way before checkin to time of checkout everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and genuinely cared about us. We were able to check in 5 hrs early, which was greatly appreciated. The front deck personnel were concerned about our welfare and always suggested ways to enjoy our stay.
