"The location was good for a family event in Walpole, NH. There was difficulty is getting into the room since the code was in correct. the problem was resolved with 15 minutes and the code was reset. We waited in the downstairs Living Room which was confortable. The room was cozy and clean. "

All new furniture & Appliances. Warm cabin feel with original wood beams and flooring

"This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. Wilmington was a great small town with good food and local shopping. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"We enjoyed our stay. Being only 15 minutes from places to eat, we had total privacy and quiet. The surrounding forest and nearby river are great and make you feel like you have escaped somewhere. Plenty of room for a family of four with a loft and a private room. Living space was nicely setup. If you want to prep your own meals during a stay, this place has all that you would need. "It is a beautiful home with a ton of space (we only had 3 people, but it easily sleeps 6), very clean and well-kept. Our hosts provided everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I also like that the hosts were not overboard with all the rules, as with some other rentals. The hosts were beyond friendly and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. We had everything we needed and then some. wasn't exactly sure as to where to put the trash as I don't have email on my phone , therefore I didn't receive the email about the trash and laundry until I got back home. I would rather have been able to text but everything worked out for us, and we had a wonderful, relaxing time."
