Britt, who checked us in gave us informative local knowledge and her obvious pleasure at being able to share stories of the area was very refreshing. The other reception staff also gave us great service. The location was easy to find and well situated to enable us to enjoy Skagen. "For what I paid and required, this was ideal. The room had a bed, TV, bathroom and towels so basic but travelling alone it was all I needed as a base. Breakfast was very good at the Best Western a 2-minute walk down the street. Train station is very close to the hotel. I went out for some morning runs up the coast out of town from the hotel. "

"Nice hotel in a handy location for rail and ferry travel. Really good selection of options for breakfast. Just find it a bit much to have to pay for a cup of coffee outside of meal times when many places in the world provide that for free. "
