"It was perfect for myself, my husband, grandson & granddaughter. We were to go to a friend's daughter's wedding but found out after I booked the reservation that kids were not allowed. Since we haven't taken many trips this year we decided to keep it. We enjoyed the layout of the cottage, it was very clean, smartly arranged, The screened porch was nice. "The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy. Owner was nice and easy to get along with, but primary contact was Evolve (definitely don't recommend any bookings managed...

"The property was very clean and cozy. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. She thought of anything we might need during our stay and it was all right there for us. There is some age to the apartment and if we had any suggestion it would be to over time, try to update the bathroom and the ceiling tiles. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this host."

I'm very fussy about my sleeping comfort and the mattress turned out to be very much to my liking! I was introduced to convection oven cooking and found it was great.
