As pessoas da recepção muito simpáticas, porém o sistema lento demais e pouco funcionários para atender, a fila para fazer check inn sempre muito longa e no máximo 2 pessoas atendendo. "Perfect place to spend the night if you are flying to/from the Guarulhos Airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, courteous and helpful drivers. The hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good (they start serving it at 4:30 AM!) and the room was very clean. I would certainly stay there again. "

"Wow, what a stunning hotel! I loved the design of the property throughout. The pool area is lovely, the gym is top notch with great variety of the equipment and a few classes to choose from. Spa is small but nice and I had one of the best massages of my life , and I had many ;) I would totally recommend "
