Boasting a lakefront location and all the comforts of home, this Adirondack charmer is the perfect place for your next vacation. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area, a kitchen where you can prepare homecooked meals, and cozy bedrooms where everyone can rest up for another day of adventure. An enclosed deck space provides beautiful views. Of course, you may like to spend most of your time outdoors, enjoying the 275 feet of private beach, the lake, and all the fishing, boating, swimming, and other activities that come along with being near the water. There's even an area for badminton and horseshoes, plus a firepit.

Things to Know
*Trash service is not available at this property. As with many remote homes in Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Brant Lake/Horicon Landfill/Transfer Station on Tannery Road (go to the corner of State Route 8 and Tannery Road and look for landfill sign.). We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Return to Brant Lake
On a scale of 1 to 10, all of us would rate the house, its location, condition and comfort an 11. Great layout for four couples, well and thoughtfully equipped, on a large lot with great lake frontage and a porch with great lake views. We would highly recommend this house to a small group wanting a peaceful, lakeside getaway. And, by the way, not a mouse to be seen!

Love the privacy and layout of house!
Such a wonderful piece of property in the lake! Love looking across lake at forest and one beautiful White house. Beautiful sunsets, comfy beds, nice space. Our second visit and we will be back!

Adirondack Adventure with Mice!
I've been renting vacation homes in North America, Europe and the Caribbean for 20 years and this was by far the worst experience. There were small and medium size mice, (yes MICE) running around the kitchen, dining room and living room. They were also crawled up on to the beds on the ground floor at night! The Property Manager was difficult to reach and when they finally contacted me on the last day, explained that this is quite common!!! The property is on the lake but you are expected to bring your own kayaks or paddle boards which reduces half the fun of being on the water-front. The property provides a TV but no TV service. You are expected to have a Roku account to watch TV. All in all, the whole experience was disappointing

The house was beautiful and very clean. The back yard was huge. The Livingroom itself looked a little bigger on photos but we spend most of the time outdoors. we all loved the direct and private access to the lake. The kitchen has absolutely everything for cooking!

Beautiful property
Had a wonderful end of the summer on Brant lake. This is our second time renting the house, and we absolutely love it. The lake is not too busy, even on the weekend. The property has a wonderful private beach to swim out from, or launch kayaks or paddle boards. The house is comfortable and spacious. A great place for a family retreat.

Beautiful lakefront property
The house itself is deceptively spacious and accommodating. The property is huge, gorgeous, comfortable, and perfectly set up to enjoy the lake. We launched our own kayaks and paddle boards every day, swam out from the private beach every day, sat around the fire pit, watched the sun set from the porch or the dock, and simply enjoyed ourselves. It’s a wonderful place.
