"The elevator doesn't access the ground floor/parking lot level in the secondary building but the stairs are easily accessible. Our room was very clean and staff were helpful as well as friendly. We look forward to staying again."

"They offered a sweet treat after 9 for the kids and a lot of space to walk around and a big outdoor shopping mall just down the hill you can see from the hotel and then it was right off the old Branson road where it’s close to all the museums and sight seeings and some places are easy to walk to from. We enjoyed the fact the whole pool was 3 ft so my 6 year old could actually walk around the whole pool without hitting a deep part"

"Pros: This hotel has the BEST hot breakfast. Best staff. Quiet rooms, beds comfortable. Cons: dirty floor in room, pulliws are very soft but some people may like softy pillows"

"Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. the drawers on the dresser would slide open and not stay shut. Had an issue with the tv but was fixed right away. Negative was trash around the property but the guests should clean up after themselves before it gets to that point. Grandson only wanted to ride the slides and did a few times before a worker told him he wasnt tall enough but they also didnt measure him. Broke his heart. He was sliding with his mom and dad. I brought his dad when he was young...
