"Was perfect for our one night stay. We’d booked a treat dinner in bath, at Menu Gordon Jones - highly recommend - and this spot was great for driving in and out of bath. Everything was great, didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Only downside is the property is a bit noisy, can hear every footstep from upstairs and we were situation on ground floor near the ladies bathroom, so could hear the hand dryer every time I got used. "Room was extremely small - no room for suitcases or bags. Midgies were an issue and had to close window - being so small the room was super stuffy. A fan was available which helped a little. If stairs are an issue for you - find somewhere else. Okay for a quick one night stop but wouldn’t recommend for any longer. Dinner (lamb) was amazing - highly recommend the food. "
