"We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

"We had an amazing sunny week in Gardenstown. Sunnyside House has a fabulous view over the village and out to sea. The sunsets are stunning! The house itself is clean, well decorated and and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The locals I met on my daily morning stroll around the village and along the beach were lovely and friendly. We loved Portsoy and Cullen and had some lovely beach and cliff top walks."

"Friendly welcome and Dougie the owner couldnā€™t be more helpful. We arrived wet and frozen on bicycles cycling NE 250 and didnā€™t expect much but whole place is amazing. Accommodation is clean and has everything one needs for comfortable stay. Big bonus is games room. One of THE BEST places we have stayed."

"A perfect, peaceful stay in a magical wee cottage. Extremely well equipped and the wee extra special touches just made our stay even better.
