"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."

"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "

"The price was great, good location if not the prettiest of views. Right next to the high street and lots of shops, restaurants and local transport. Next door to a large public car park which can be paid with the ring go app. Not the cheapest parking but we knew before booking and were away from the flat for the days anyway.
