"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "

"Really enjoyed our stay in Ticehurst. The accommodation was lovely - the photos didn’t do it justice! Ann was very helpful and provided a great welcome pack for us. Lovely to have access to the garden to eat outside too. Please note that check in is from 3, not 4, as it said in our VRBO confirmation. Unfortunate as we’d hung around from 3. This wasn’t Ann’s fault though. "

"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. The host is available until 3pm, which strangely is also when earliest check in is. Average response time was somewhere between 2-3 hours. We were supplied a single roll of toilet paper and a single coffee pod between two people...
