"Great location and public areas comfortable and inviting, however the lake view room was smaller than expected and too warm. (The radiator couldn’t be turned down however there was air conditioning in the room but it seems environmentally unfriendly to have the heating and cooling working against each other). I do object to having to pay an additional £30 to park the car in the hotel car park for our 2 night stay. As I have previously stated the hotel is in a great location but I wouldn’t stay...

No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour.
