"My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary. It’s convenient location and only 10 minutes from downtown Gorham, however it’s secluded and extremely private. The fire pit along with the sound of the river was the perfect mixture. It’s exactly what we needed as a little getaway!"

We were not sure what to expect as the pictures were from the summer and we went in December, but it was even prettier in the winter, all dressed up for Christmas. Perfect location, not too far from the shops and restaurants of Conway, and a 40 minute drive to Santa's Village. Comfy and clean-highly recommend!"

"This properly was perfect for our quick family ski trip. Bobby Sue made the process very easy... even when we managed to lock ourselves out. The only point of caution we would mention is that the heat is through window units that are loud when trying to sleep. Our daughter happened to bring a noise machine and that helped."

"The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized as it’s in the woody area and said bears and moose area! My older son got sick as we drove for so long to get to this place! Got hotel last minute which was an hour away… Terrible terrible experience...
