"The property is beautiful. Located on a peaceful ranch, with horses, donkeys and cows. The sunsets were amazing. The pool is huge and perfect for hot days. The house is large and clean. The kitchen is perfect for large gatherings and very well equipped with anything needed to prepare meals. The outdoor kitchen was great for grilling dinner. Things to consider, this property is set up as a wedding venue. As such, it is beautifully decorated. We had to make sure to keep the kids out of the dinning...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The water on the lake was down, but the host messaged me right away after booking to let me know just in case I wanted to cancel. We went anyway and I'm so glad we did. The property was very nice and we had plenty of room for our group. the home was very clean and comfortable, too. We live close to Fort Worth and just wanted someplace not too far since it was only for two nights. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Took opportunity to relax with my brother who had surgery about a month ago. The house and rec area was all on one level and convenient to Bridgeport and Decatur. Weather was perfect..water views were spectacular. "

"Second year staying here and it was better than the first time. The boat dock seamed more secure. Perfect access to stairs in and out of the water. Firework show was visible from the house. Still plan on making this a family tradition every year!"

"We had a lovely stay at this 100 year old ranch style home, it was very clean, and oh so spacious. Loved the history in the hallway area, check-in was super easy, we rested well and had some chili one night after our dove hunt in Nocona/Bowie. Felt like a home away from home. Thank you for having us, we would recommend this home to anyone and give it a 10/10.. "

"What a wonderful stay in a gorgeous lake home. From initial contact to having a few questions prior to arriving, the host was spot on woth communication. The home was exactly as pictured and was even better in person. The multi level set up was great. We spent alot of time outside and enjoying the dock and swimming. An amazing weekend was had by all. We will b3 booking again in the future!!!"
