"We stay at this hotel regularly and it never lets us down. The rooms are clean and comfortable as are the bathrooms, with plenty of hot water and towels. Although housekeeping is a bit basic, (beds not made and cups not washed) anything you need is easily attainable from friendly staff. WiFi is acceptable and plenty of free parking. The hotel is quiet at night being across the car park from the pub. A 10 minute walk takes you into town if you don’t want to drive. We found the walk through the park behind the hotel (over the railway bridge) very relaxing."

"We really enjoyed our one-night stay, as the room was clean and well maintained. The food was all well prepared and presented, and the staff were very friendly and communicative too."

"Lovely overnight stay here. We ate in the restaurant and the food was first class. Nothing fancy, just simple food, generous portions, cooked fresh tasted delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. Service also excellent. Only reason for 4* for comfort was because the mattress was too hard for our liking - but this is purely a subjective view. We would stay here again."

"Wonderfull! Devils Bridge and area is a must! Lovely walk to the falls just infront of the Hotel, and if a beautiful train ride through the mountains (1hour+/-) to Aberystwyth! The locomotive museum stunning! We have fond memories!"

"Staff were great, room lovely,it had a tv a kettle etc,and en-suite, we had a couple of gripes,no hand towel in bathroom,due to the lack of breakfast cheif no breakfast available,food on evening was great, well provided bar and lounge,they were under new management so a few kinks to iron out..would i stop there again.....definately. P.s, there is a pebel beech 5 mins walk away,we saw this"
