"6 Damon was lovely! We wanted somewhere to stay nearby a heavy shopping area but far enough away to be able to remove ourselves from the chaos. We completed all our Christmas shopping, saw a beautiful play at the Palace Theater, relaxed by the fire, cooked a full meal and ate overlooking the pond. Just wonderful :)"

"My husband and I were looking for an out-of-the-way, quiet spot to reset for the weekend and the yurt checked all the boxes and more! We absolutely loved our stay. Everything about staying here was easy and comfortable. The interior was cozy and laid back with just enough amenities to help us feel at home. We were able to cook all of our meals on the grill and in the kitchen. We picked up fresh veggies from the farmers market on Church St, delicious steak, corn and snacks from the Heritage...

"I come to The Cottages at Harvey Lake every year for at least a week. It’s a wonderful location, quiet lake, close to restaurants, nice little beach with access to kayaks, and very pet friendly. Nancy Carver is super nice, greets you when you check in and is very quick to respond if you need anything. Love coming here!"

"Greylag has to be one of the most serene nature spots I could imagine. The Cabin is Cozy with room to spare. The Wild Goose Pond did not disappoint with its gorgeous views and sounds of Loons echoing across the water. If you get a chance and can bear it, as you walk through the soft ground of the surrounding woods, I suggest taking your shoes off for some NH grounding! Thank You Greylag for the first of many stays in your pristine nature dream. Thank You, Anne, for your great hospitality."

"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "
