"This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented."

"Ideal location for the good quality golf courses in the area. Whilst this is a good property there were a few areas that we thought could be improved on. We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. "The house is a good size with all accommodation needs, well equipped kitchen. Is it nicely decorated and clean with a good sized garden and BBQ. We didn’t have the best weather but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to visit. The beach is an easy walk and there is a local train station. I would mention that the stairs are quite steep if you have little ones with you. Overall we had a lovely family break, there were 8 of us plus baby and fur baby. "Great spot and a nice, well insulated house during our stay (it snowed while we were there).There are a lot of stairs in the house, which is something to be aware of if you have young children.Overall we were very happy with our stay and it was great to be so close to the fish market! "

"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"Second time staying at Tresors d'Opale and not the last! It's a lovely property, clean and very comfortable with quality kitchen and beds. The delicious bakery is 2 mins walk away and the beautiful beach about 5/10 mins walk either through town or the dunes. We love Le Touquet but find this place relaxing and much quieter...and cheaper! This time, we didn't like the fact we were in an inter-connecting room, we could hear every noise and conversation from next door, so make sure you don't get one...
