"The room was clean but the pillows for the bed need to be upgraded. They were very small and the foam had broken up. The lights were very dim in the bedroom and bathroom and need to be upgraded to stronger. The hot water didn't work the first day and was quite sporadic."

"Hotel was clean and easy to get to and from. The price for the food and drink from the fridge at night is very expensive, so be aware. I went to the restaurant for a beer one afternoon and there was flies all over the place. Would not eat there under any circumstance and put me off my beverage. The staff was very pleasant and i slept well however. "

"Quiet, comfortable room in a nicely upgraded hotel. I would say that this is really a business hotel more than a tourist hotel. And, you're a few miles away from the main tourist area. However, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was helpful and it's about a 10-minute free and direct tram ride to downtown. And the trams come about every 4 minutes. Breakfast was good and parking ($19 Euro/night) was convenient. "
