"Tout était parfait: la maison (avec une âme) et jardin superbes, choix sur place pour les activités (piscine, ping-pong, vélo etc), attentions des propriétaires, grande gentillesse et disponibilité également. "We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!"

"Tout est prévu pour se sentir à la maison, y compris un équipement moderne comme une grande tv et une connexion Wi-Fi très haut débit ! Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! "The property really did live up to the expectations of the photographs. A really lovely set up, and the owners Jo and Paul were wonderful and very helpful with local advise and recommendations. We particluarly loved the hot tub especially as it is covered so when it was raining it didnt matter! The pool was the only one i have ever been to that was properly heated to a perfect temperature. We highly recommend a stay here. "

"Very disappointed . This was booked for my 60th birthday which to be fair was ruined. This property is NOT as described in the listing . It was listed as having WiFi in the cottage- it did not. It was after complaining that the owner provided us with a ‘ booster’ that enabled us to have the WiFi . The hot tub was listed as being included. It was NOT and the owner wanted to charge us €30 for 2 hours use. We arrived late Sunday afternoon when all shops in France close at midday . There were No ...

Self-check in, no humans

"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. Check-out was at 10. There is no ice machine, no refrigerator, no hotel staff. I got up at 8 to use the pool for an hour. When I checked out the hotel front desk person called a cab for me. It was about 30 euro to get back to Agen. This is the only person I spoke to during my entire stay and she was lovely and helpful and understanding of my baby French as I counted on my fingers to tell her my room number. If you aren't prepared for this odd system, you will not be able to check-in if you arrive late. There is an elevator. There is no communication with guests. Pool is very small and was being cleaned during the one hour I was able to use it during my stay. I swam anyway, but the vacuum was underfoot and would not have been safe for children to swim."
