"My twin sister and I met in Denver and shuttled to Boulder for a weekend getaway for our 49th birthday! This house was perfect- great location, super comfy and well appointed, Susan didn’t miss a detail. Loved the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Boulder is super walker friendly, we didn’t rent a car and walked and biked everywhere. As icing on the cake, we had a perfect weather weekend with 60s and sunny during the day. "I came to Boulder to care for my son after his ski accident surgery, and this home was perfect for our stay. Located just a block from Pearl Street, it was easy to grab anything we needed. The main-level bedrooms meant my son didn’t have to navigate any stairs, and he could comfortably relax outside on either the front porch or back deck to get some much-needed sunlight. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hobbit house. It was a cute little cabin that suited our needs for our long weekend. Great location, super close to town but still felt private. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that the listing made it seem like there was a queen bed in addition to a pull out couch. The only bed is the pull out couch, which worked fine for us, but the listing definitely made it seem like there was an additional queen bed."

"We had an excellent stay at the Lafayette VRBO. The home was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a short episode where the furnace wasn’t heating correctly and after contacting the owner he was there within 30 minutes to fix it and continued to check in with us to make sure it was working.
