"We arrived in the dark after a long journey and Laura looked horrified at the 2 dogs as we had reserved a suite which was not dog friendly. She swiftly sorted it out and changed our room. I then enquired about our dinner reservation and she told me that the restaurant was closed as our reservation had not gone through .
